随着我国老龄化进程的不断加快，社会对养老机构的需求越来越大。在大力发展养老机构的同时，应注意提高养老机构的服务水平。养老机构在设计和提供服务时，应以老人的需要为前提。

수착아국노령화진정적불단가쾌，사회대양로궤구적수구월래월대。재대력발전양로궤구적동시，응주의제고양로궤구적복무수평。양로궤구재설계화제공복무시，응이노인적수요위전제。
Rapid growth of the aged population demands more and more nursing homes. However, attention should be paid to improve the service standard of nursing homes. The design and service of nursing homes will be on the premise of the demands of the old. Through the investigation of nursing homes in Urumqi, the paper analyzes the problems existed in service system of nursing homes and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
