党的十七大报告提出要推动“文化大发展大繁荣”，“让人民共享文化发展成果”。这为高校回归文化本质，强化办学特色，凝炼大学精神，培养创新人才，引领社会创新文化发展提供了重要的战略机遇。
黨的十七大報告提齣要推動“文化大髮展大繁榮”，“讓人民共享文化髮展成果”。這為高校迴歸文化本質，彊化辦學特色，凝煉大學精神，培養創新人纔，引領社會創新文化髮展提供瞭重要的戰略機遇。
당적십칠대보고제출요추동“문화대발전대번영”，“양인민공향문화발전성과”。저위고교회귀문화본질，강화판학특색，응련대학정신，배양창신인재，인령사회창신문화발전제공료중요적전략궤우。
The Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of CPC proposed that “ culture should have a quick and prosperous development” and “the cultural achievements should be shared by all people”. This will be the guideline for colleges and universities to return to their basic goal of cultural education, strengthen their campus traits, enhance their college spirit and train qualified students with a creative spirit, which provides good strategic opportunities to help quicken cultural innovation.
