通过集中座谈、问卷调查等方式对我校近几年毕业生就业状况进行了客观的分析和研究，在此基础上提出建议与对策：以市场为导向，调整专业设置和课程体系设置；强化实践教学，培养科研能力：实施素质拓展，提高综合素质；加强就业指导，进一步帮助学生转变就业观念；不断开拓就业市场和建设就业基地；重视与用人单位和校友的沟通联系，加强毕业生就业工作的调研。
