随着全球经营环境日益呈现出动态、复杂、不确定性的特征,跨国公司将更加注重知识在母公司与子公司之间的有效转移与整合。人力资源管理职能在跨国知识转移的过程中扮演着十分重要的角色。本文从吸收能力、学习意愿以及沟通渠道三个层面探讨了人力资源部门对跨国知识转移效果的影响,进而提出了促进跨国知识转移的人力资源管理实践。

As the global business environment becomes increasingly dynamic, complex and unpredictable multinationals will lay more stress on the effective transfer and integration of knowledge between headquarter and subsidiaries. Human resource management plays an important role in the transnational knowledge transfer. The paper probes into the impact of human resources department on transnational knowledge transfer from the aspects of absorption capacity, learning willingness as well as communication channels, based on which, some practical measures for promoting transnational knowledge transfer are brought forward.
