高校信息化评价是当前高校信息化研究的热点和难点问题。文章总结了以往高校信息化评价的若干思路,提出诊断性评价的思路;在深入分析影响高校信息化评价的非技术因素的基础上提出了实现思路的评价指标框架,并以实地调研得到的全国十多所高校的信息化数据为依据,确定了最终的高校信息化诊断性评价指标。

The appraisal of higher educational informationization has always been the hot but difficult spot in the research of higher educational informationization. The author analyzed the diversified target informationization appraisals and concluded the several trains of thought in the appraisal of educational informationization and proposed the diagnosing train of thought; based on the analysis of the concept of the educational informationization and the non-technology factors within it, the author proposed the appraisal system implementing the diagnosing train of thought. Then, based on the data collected from more than 10 universities, the author revised and got the final system.
