Organization evolution is a worldwide wave, and it is focus of the enterprises faced challenges of economic system reform and the evolution of competitive environment. The paper mainly has combed and induced four fields literature of organization evolution, such as conception, the driven factors and the resistance factors, organization evolution model and the relations between organization and organization perforrnance. It will help us take a good understanding of organization evolution theory.
