就地区经济增长而言，丰裕的自然资源既存在比较优势的促进作用，又存在比较优势弱势化的约束作用。因而自然资源对中部地区经济增长的影响，不仅要看到其促进作用，更要关注其约束作用。中部地区既要充分发挥自然资源的比较优势，更要消除其约束作用，促使经济健康快速发展。
就地區經濟增長而言，豐裕的自然資源既存在比較優勢的促進作用，又存在比較優勢弱勢化的約束作用。因而自然資源對中部地區經濟增長的影響，不僅要看到其促進作用，更要關註其約束作用。中部地區既要充分髮揮自然資源的比較優勢，更要消除其約束作用，促使經濟健康快速髮展。

The richness in natural resources plays a constrained as well as contributing role in the promotion of the economic growth in the region. About the impact of the natural resources on the economic growth of central region, the central region should not only give attention to the promotion of the economic growth, but also give more much attention to the constraints of the economic growth; and the central region should give full play to the comparative advantages of natural resources, and eliminate the constrained role to promote the healthy and rapid economic development.
