中国经济法学是一门历史较短的学科。经济法学说史宜采用两分法和分期特例来进行分期。两分法是以1992年为界，1992年以前是中国经济法学的萌藐时期，亦称“经济法学说老诸论”;1992年以后为中国经济法学的发展时期，亦称“经济法学说新诸论”。经济法学说的分期特例是“国家调节说”。该理论认为，经济法是沿着“市场三缺陷一目家调节三方式一经济法体系三构成”这样一个过程而产生的。该学说又称“三三理论”。通过合理的分期，我们可以将各家经济法学说纳入特定的时期进行研究。

China＇s economic law theory has a relatively short history, and it is appropriate to be segmented in terms of dichotomy and special case. When it comes to dichotomy, the year of 1992 is the dividing line. The period preceding it witnesses the emergence of China＇s economic law theory, and is viewed as a period of old economic law theory while the period following it sees the development of China＇s economic law theory, and is considered a time of new economic law theory, The special case of economic law theory segmentation refers to Government Regulation Theory which holds that economic law theory comes into being with such developmental process as ＂three existing problems in market-three ways of government regulation-three constituent components of economic law system＂. It is hoped that such reasonable segmentation of economic law theory can assist us in our probe into various schools of economic law theory within different times.
