农垦产业园区开发建设是广西农垦发展壮大的基本方向。广西农垦拥有丰富的土地资源，要将广西农垦丰富的资源变成资产、资本，产业园区开发建设具有不可低估的重大意义。广西农垦产业园区建设现已取得一定成效，但困难和问题不少，必须通过政府支持和深化改革，理顺相关管理体制，多方互动才能促进产业园区快速健康发展。

농은산업완구개발건설시엄서농은발전장대적기본방향。엄서농은옹유봉부적토지자원，요장엄서농은봉부적자원변성자산、자본，산업완구개발건설구유불가저고적중대의의。엄서농은산업완구건설현이취득일정성효，단곤난화문제불소，필수통과정부지지화심화개혁，리순상관관리체제，다방호동재능촉진산업완구쾌속건강발전。
Building state-owned land-reclamation industrial quarters is the basic direction of promoting the development of state- owned land-reclamation in Guangxi. There are abundant land resources in Guangxi＇s state-owned land-reclamation. If we want to turn these abundant resources into assets and capital, the major significance of building industrial quarters should not be underestimated. Now we have achieved certain results in building state-owned land-reclamation industrial quarters, but there are still many problems and difficulties. So we must get the government support, make further reform and straighten out the related management system so as to promote the rapid and healthy development of industrial quarters.
