跨国次区域经济合作性质的界定，是研究跨国次区域经济合作的出发点。目前，学术界对这个问题的认识尚没有一个统一的观点，多数人认为其属于区域经济一体化的范畴，但区域经济一体化的理论并不能很好地解决跨国次区域经济合作的实践问题。而如果从跨国区域联合的视角分析，就可以对跨国次区域经济合作的性质做出新的界定。

Nature defining is the starting point to correctly study multinational sub-regional economic cooperation. However, there is still no consensus in the academic circles. Some hold that it belongs to the scope of regional economic integration, but the theory of the integration cannot solve the practical problems arising from the above cooperation. This paper aims at making a new definition to the nature of the cooperation from the perspective of multinational region unity.
