农村中介组织是沟通农户小生产与社会化大生产的桥梁和纽带，是连接农户与市场、为农民和农村经济发展提供各种服务并具有法人性质的经济组织。蚕桑中介是以经营蚕桑生产、加工、销售的农村经济中介组织。通过对永新县蚕桑中介组织的发展历程、现状及运作模式进行分析，指出其存在的问题并提出解决的对策建议。
農村中介組織是溝通農戶小生產與社會化大生產的橋樑和紐帶，是連接農戶與市場、為農民和農村經濟髮展提供各種服務併具有法人性質的經濟組織。蠶桑中介是以經營蠶桑生產、加工、銷售的農村經濟中介組織。通過對永新縣蠶桑中介組織的髮展歷程、現狀及運作模式進行分析，指齣其存在的問題併提齣解決的對策建議。
농촌중개조직시구통농호소생산여사회화대생산적교량화뉴대，시련접농호여시장、위농민화농촌경제발전제공각충복무병구유법인성질적경제조직。잠상중개시이경영잠상생산、가공、소수적농촌경제중개조직。통과대영신현잠상중개조직적발전역정、현상급운작모식진행분석，지출기존재적문제병제출해결적대책건의。
Bridging farmers＇ small scale production with socialized production, intermediary organizations are economic organizations with the status of legal person which link the farmers with the market and provide various services for farmers and rural economic development. Such organizations in sericulture industry are those dealing in the production, processing and marketing of silkworm. This paper introduces the development, status quo and the operating modal of intermediary organizations in Yongxin＇ s sericulture industry, points out the problems and proposes the countermeasures.
