随着现代篮球运动的不断发展，高水平篮球比赛中频繁换人战术已经屡见不鲜，它能使运动员以良好的竞技状态迅速进入到比赛中去，起到奇兵甚至是逆转比赛的作用。本文运用文献资料法和专家访问法对篮球比赛中频繁换人战术多种影响因素进行分析，认为该战术对球队调整运动状态，保持体力、控制局势，增加变化，平衡犯规次数等方面具有非常重要的作用。
