根据马克思主义理论与实践辩证关系的相关原理，理论创新可有四个检验标准是：实践中遇到重大问题需要解决，形成解决实践中遇到问题的理论体系，这种理论体系与实践相结合便产生重大影响，这种理论应该对人类社会的发展起促进作用。因此，科学发展观也是我党理论建设上的创新。
根據馬剋思主義理論與實踐辯證關繫的相關原理，理論創新可有四箇檢驗標準是：實踐中遇到重大問題需要解決，形成解決實踐中遇到問題的理論體繫，這種理論體繫與實踐相結閤便產生重大影響，這種理論應該對人類社會的髮展起促進作用。因此，科學髮展觀也是我黨理論建設上的創新。
근거마극사주의이론여실천변증관계적상관원리，이론창신가유사개검험표준시：실천중우도중대문제수요해결，형성해결실천중우도문제적이론체계，저충이론체계여실천상결합편산생중대영향，저충이론응해대인류사회적발전기촉진작용。인차，과학발전관야시아당이론건설상적창신。
According to the theory about the dialectical relation between Marxist theory and practice, the criterion about innovation of theory of the Party＇s is ：if there occur some big problems in practice, and these problems ask for resolution, a theoretical system will take shape based on the problems confronted in practice; and then this theoretical system, integrated with practice ,will exert great influence. In this case, the theory is supposed to be able to considerably enhance the progress of human society. According to this criterion, to find out the connotation of scientific development concept and to prove it can iustifiablv be considered an innovation of our Party＇s theoretical building.
