By means of factor analysis,the authors have analyzed the factors that may influence the professionalism of football and basketball referees in China, and believe that the major factors that may influence their professionalism are referees＇ own standard of skills, project development factor, referees＇ self-development, the level of the league matches market and the social environment and guarantee.
