处于改革开放前沿的深圳市南山区不仅经济迅猛发展，而且生育文化建设的理念、思路和模式也在全国处于领先位置。作为生育文化建设和婚育新风进万家活动的发源地，南山区将婚育新风进万家活动融入“文化立区”的战略框架中，以文化为平台，广泛传播科学文明进步的婚育观念，创立了生育文化建设“六化”机制，探索出新型生育文化建设载体，融技术服务于生育文化建设之中，打造一大批生育文化宣传精品。

Being in the top position of reform and opening,Nanshan District of Shenzhen not only greatly develops its economy,but its idea and mode of reproductive culture are also advanced example of other areas. As the place of origin of the construction of reproductive culture and the activities of bring the new concept about marriage and childbearing to every household, Nanshan integrates the activities into the strategy of “based on culture”.
