大负荷递增负荷运动导致自由基的生产增加是影响运动能力的重要因素。对长期遗增负荷运动大鼠组织自由基代谢状况及营养干预后自由基代谢变化进行研究。研究结果:长期递增负荷运动导致骨骼肌、肝脏SOD、GSH-PX酶活性显著降低,组织自由基代谢紊乱;营养干预显著提高运动大鼠组织SOD、GSH-PX酶活性,营养补剂对改善运动训练造成的自由基紊乱具有积极意义。
大負荷遞增負荷運動導緻自由基的生產增加是影響運動能力的重要因素。對長期遺增負荷運動大鼠組織自由基代謝狀況及營養榦預後自由基代謝變化進行研究。研究結果:長期遞增負荷運動導緻骨骼肌、肝髒SOD、GSH-PX酶活性顯著降低,組織自由基代謝紊亂;營養榦預顯著提高運動大鼠組織SOD、GSH-PX酶活性,營養補劑對改善運動訓練造成的自由基紊亂具有積極意義。

The increasing of free radical by heavy increasing load training is an important factor influencing sport ability. The study focuses on the free radical metabolization in tissue of increasing load training rats and free radical metabolization changes after nutrition interference. Results: SOD, GSH-PX enzyme in muscular tissues and liver is distinctly lower in- duced by increasing load training and free radicals metabolism in muscular tissues is disordered; Nutrition interference can significantly enhance the activity of SOD, GSH-PX enzyme in muscular tissues. It is a positive meaning of nutrition supplement to ameliorate the disorder of free radicals metabolism induced by exercise.
