大学和社区同处城市之中，尤其在文化关系上，大学与社区间存在着合作与冲突。大学文化对社区文化起着引领、规范和提高的作用；社区文化对大学文化起着补充、促进、评价和监督作用。加强大学文化与社区文化的互动，有利于大学发展和社区文明建设，有利于构建和谐文化。
大學和社區同處城市之中，尤其在文化關繫上，大學與社區間存在著閤作與遲突。大學文化對社區文化起著引領、規範和提高的作用；社區文化對大學文化起著補充、促進、評價和鑑督作用。加彊大學文化與社區文化的互動，有利于大學髮展和社區文明建設，有利于構建和諧文化。
대학화사구동처성시지중，우기재문화관계상，대학여사구간존재착합작여충돌。대학문화대사구문화기착인령、규범화제고적작용；사구문화대대학문화기착보충、촉진、평개화감독작용。가강대학문화여사구문화적호동，유리우대학발전화사구문명건설，유리우구건화해문화。
Both in the city, university and community enjoy a relationship of cooperation and conflict, which is especially true in culture. University culture leads, standardizes and improves community culture, while the latter acts as a supplement, promoting, appraising and supervising the latter. To strengthen the cultural interaction between university and community is advantageous to university development, ethical construction in community and construction of a harmonious culture.
