采用文献资料、专家访谈和问卷调查等研究方法对15家CBA俱乐部后备人才来源及其人力资本所有权实现情况进行调查,结果显示,CBA后备人才来源于三种体育体制,人力资本所有权主体错位。运用新制度经济学的相关理论,论证了CBA后备人才人力资本所有权应该界定给运动员本人。

It researched on the present situation of 15 CBA clubs' reserved sourses and capital ownership with major research measures document data, visiting to specialists, questionnaire research and so on. The result shows that CBA reserves are from three systems and the principal part of human capital ownership has been put in an inappropriate position. According to theories about New Institutional Economy, CBA reserves property rights should be demarcated to reserves themselves.
