主要运用文献研究法和逻辑推理法，结合体育竞赛的特点和内在规律，界定体育竞赛公平竞争的概念，并从规则公平、操作公平、公平补偿三个方面分析体育竞赛公平竞争的规定性。

This article mainly used the method of literature research and logic organum combining the characteristics and the internal rules of the sports events to define the concept of the fair competition, and analyzed the regulation of the fair competition from the three aspects of rule equity, operation equity and equity compensation.
