以我国体能类项目存在的问题为切入点,提出在高原训练中加强高速持续跑能力和冲刺跑能力训练的客观依据,使高原训练平原化,从训练理念上纠正因高原PO2降低带来的训练强度难以达到平原训练相似强度的观念,并在实践的基础上提出高原训练“耐力是基础,速度是关键,素质是保证”的总体思路。
以我國體能類項目存在的問題為切入點,提齣在高原訓練中加彊高速持續跑能力和遲刺跑能力訓練的客觀依據,使高原訓練平原化,從訓練理唸上糾正因高原PO2降低帶來的訓練彊度難以達到平原訓練相似彊度的觀唸,併在實踐的基礎上提齣高原訓練“耐力是基礎,速度是關鍵,素質是保證”的總體思路。

This paper focused on the problem of physical sports event, proposed to strengthen speedy durative run and sprinting - mn ability in altitute training, made altitute training plain, corrected the concept that low oxygen pressure in altitute made it difficult to reach the same training intension in plain, and summarized the view that in altitute training 'resistance is the base, speed is the key, ability is a guarantee on practice.
