就我国房地产开发热潮中，新建住宅小区内体育场（馆）配套建设立法的可行性进行了研究。结论得出：国家通过立法的形式，将新建住宅小区内的体育场（馆）配套建设作为房产开发所必需的公共基础设施之一。该项目立法对于所涉及的相关利益主体都是一个共赢的结果。不仅可以极大地缓解我国人均体育场（馆）资源匮乏的问题，而且可以实现我国群众体育的跨越式发展。从而形成竞技体育、群众体育平行发展的和谐局面。
