熊彼特经济学的实质在于它所揭示的经济发展中的创造性破坏过程,但由于熊彼特缺少一个企业理论,使得理论存在很多不足。现代企业能力理论的发展为我们研究创造性破坏过程提供了重要的视角。一些研究者已经将两者结合来理解经济动态创新中的各种现象和企业战略问题。文章的目的是在既有研究的基础上做一个综合,并为协调所谓的“青年熊彼特”和“老年熊彼特”之争做一点探讨。
熊彼特經濟學的實質在于它所揭示的經濟髮展中的創造性破壞過程,但由于熊彼特缺少一箇企業理論,使得理論存在很多不足。現代企業能力理論的髮展為我們研究創造性破壞過程提供瞭重要的視角。一些研究者已經將兩者結閤來理解經濟動態創新中的各種現象和企業戰略問題。文章的目的是在既有研究的基礎上做一箇綜閤,併為協調所謂的“青年熊彼特”和“老年熊彼特”之爭做一點探討。

The essential of the Shumpeterian Economics is to discover the process of creative destruction in the economic development,but it still has limitation in many aspects for the absence of the firm theory.A useful view is provided by the development of the theory on the corporation competence to analyze the process of creative destruction;in addition,they have been integrated by some scholars to comprehend the dynamic innovation in the economic development and the stratagem of the firm.The intention of this paper is to make a synthesis on the basis of the current research and have a discussion about the harmony of the＂youthful Shumpeterian＂and＂senior Shumpeterian＂.
