为了澄清按生产要素分配理论中的一些基本问题，通过对生产要素及其内容的划分、生产要素如何参与分配等问题的阐述，指出在我国现阶段公有制为主体、多种所有制形式共同发展和社会主义市场经济条件下，按劳分配和按生产要素分配可以在全社会范围内，企业层次和个人收入分配层次有机结合起来。结论是：按劳分配和按生产要素分配相结合是社会主义市场经济固有的分配制度，成为社会主义经济制度的基本特征。
為瞭澄清按生產要素分配理論中的一些基本問題，通過對生產要素及其內容的劃分、生產要素如何參與分配等問題的闡述，指齣在我國現階段公有製為主體、多種所有製形式共同髮展和社會主義市場經濟條件下，按勞分配和按生產要素分配可以在全社會範圍內，企業層次和箇人收入分配層次有機結閤起來。結論是：按勞分配和按生產要素分配相結閤是社會主義市場經濟固有的分配製度，成為社會主義經濟製度的基本特徵。
위료징청안생산요소분배이론중적일사기본문제，통과대생산요소급기내용적화분、생산요소여하삼여분배등문제적천술，지출재아국현계단공유제위주체、다충소유제형식공동발전화사회주의시장경제조건하，안로분배화안생산요소분배가이재전사회범위내，기업층차화개인수입분배층차유궤결합기래。결론시：안로분배화안생산요소분배상결합시사회주의시장경제고유적분배제도，성위사회주의경제제도적기본특정。
To clarify some prime issues of distribution according to productive factors, the definition and content of distribution were illustrated according to productive factors, and the problem of how productive factors participate in income distribution was analyzed. Then, it is pointed out that, at the currently stage of socialist market economy in China, the combination of distribution according to work and distribution according to productive factors can be performed in the whole society, corporation and individual income distribution. The conclusion is that the combination of distribution according to work and distribution according to productive factors is the inherent distribute institution and the basic character of socialist market economy institution.
