教师幸福作为一种主体能力，首先是一种价值生活的能力，是以德性能力为灵魂的主体心性能力。师德不只是外在规范，更是教师师性与德性的契合而成的一种内在品性。作为一种品性，师德是教师幸福的心性基础。幸福能力强的教师具有以教育为乐的职业境界，具有健全的主体意识和合理的内在尺度，具有创造的激情和能力。
