教师幸福作为一种主体能力,首先是一种价值生活的能力,是以德性能力为灵魂的主体心性能力。师德不只是外在规范,更是教师师性与德性的契合而成的一种内在品性。作为一种品性,师德是教师幸福的心性基础。幸福能力强的教师具有以教育为乐的职业境界,具有健全的主体意识和合理的内在尺度,具有创造的激情和能力。

교사행복작위일충주체능력,수선시일충개치생활적능력,시이덕성능력위령혼적주체심성능력。사덕불지시외재규범,경시교사사성여덕성적계합이성적일충내재품성。작위일충품성,사덕시교사행복적심성기출。행복능력강적교사구유이교육위악적직업경계,구유건전적주체의식화합리적내재척도,구유창조적격정화능력。
First of all , as a kind of subject's capability, teacher's eudemonica ability is a kind of ability to live a valuable life and it is also a kind of subject's psychological capability taking moral ability as soul. Teacher's morality is not only a kind of extrinsic criterion, and it is much more a kind of inwardness been correspond with teacher's occupational characteristic and dharma. As a kind of inwardness, teacher's morality is the psychological characteristic basis of teachers eudemonica. A teacher with excellent eudemonica ability keeps durative ardour for teaching, has the full - grown subject consciousness and rational internal measure, and has creating enthusiasm and creativity.
