课堂教学是教师完成教学任务的主要方式,教师进行教学反思应该直面课堂教学。课堂教学可分为课前、课中和课后三个阶段,教学反思贯穿于课堂教学的全过程。在此前提下可着力探讨课堂教学三个阶段教学反思的目标、特性和实施策略等方面的问题。
課堂教學是教師完成教學任務的主要方式,教師進行教學反思應該直麵課堂教學。課堂教學可分為課前、課中和課後三箇階段,教學反思貫穿于課堂教學的全過程。在此前提下可著力探討課堂教學三箇階段教學反思的目標、特性和實施策略等方麵的問題。

Classroom teaching is the main way to finish teaching task, so teachers' teaching reflection should face to it. Classroom teaching may be divided into three stages : before - class, in - class and after - school, and teaching reflection should be implemented during the whole course. Based on this point, the paper mainly studies the purpose, characteristics and some strategies of teaching reflection.
