教师信念研究已经成为当前西方教师研究的一个重要主题,研究主要着眼于教师教育对教师信念转变的作用,以及教师信念与教学实践之问的关系等。从研究的结论来看,教师信念是否可变与研究者如何界定信念及采取的研究方法有很大的关系,而教师信念能否直接引领教学实践则取决于教师个体对实践情境的感受与理解。
教師信唸研究已經成為噹前西方教師研究的一箇重要主題,研究主要著眼于教師教育對教師信唸轉變的作用,以及教師信唸與教學實踐之問的關繫等。從研究的結論來看,教師信唸是否可變與研究者如何界定信唸及採取的研究方法有很大的關繫,而教師信唸能否直接引領教學實踐則取決于教師箇體對實踐情境的感受與理解。

Teachers' belief is an important issue in contemporary Western teacher research, which focuses on the impact of teacher education on the change of teachers' belief and the relationship between teachers' belief and teaching. Results of most research indicate that whether teachers' belief is changeable depends on the researchers' definitions of the term "belief" and on their research methods, and that whether teachers' belief can be a direct leading factor in the practice of teaching is determined by individual teachers' awareness and comprehension of the real situation of teaching.
