Pre-Qin period; committing incest; taboo against committing incest
作为一种普遍的文化现象,乱伦禁忌在先秦时期有两种主要表现形式：即“同姓不婚”与“族内异姓婚姻禁忌”。“同姓不婚”要求人们在缔结婚姻关系时首先考虑“取妻避其同姓”,而“族内异姓婚姻禁忌”则旨在排除家庭内部男性与其庶母、兄弟之妻、子妇等女性成员发生婚姻或两性关系的可能。这两种乱伦禁忌的区别仅仅在于形式方面,在功能方面它们都具有防止家庭分裂、维护家庭稳定的重要作用。

작위일충보편적문화현상,란륜금기재선진시기유량충주요표현형식：즉“동성불혼”여“족내이성혼인금기”。“동성불혼”요구인문재체결혼인관계시수선고필“취처피기동성”,이“족내이성혼인금기”칙지재배제가정내부남성여기서모、형제지처、자부등녀성성원발생혼인혹량성관계적가능。저량충란륜금기적구별부부재우형식방면,재공능방면타문도구유방지가정분렬、유호가정은정적중요작용。
As a common cultural phenomenon, there are two kinds of taboo against committing incest in Pre-Qin period： prohibition of marriage or sex relation between people bearing the same surname, and prohibition of marriage or sex relation between male and female in the same family. The former demands one avoiding getting married with another with the same surname, the latter demands one avoiding getting married with another in the same family even though they have different surnames. Both of them can prevent family from breakdown and keep its stability.
