先秦至汉代是中国古代司法检验的萌芽时期,同时也是检验制度的初创时期。在这一历史阶段中,不仅检验活动十分频繁,而且确立了许多检验的规则。这些规则不仅对制定唐律的相关制度产生了积极的影响,而且为中国检验制度臻于完善奠定了坚实的基础。
先秦至漢代是中國古代司法檢驗的萌芽時期,同時也是檢驗製度的初創時期。在這一歷史階段中,不僅檢驗活動十分頻繁,而且確立瞭許多檢驗的規則。這些規則不僅對製定唐律的相關製度產生瞭積極的影響,而且為中國檢驗製度臻于完善奠定瞭堅實的基礎。
선진지한대시중국고대사법검험적맹아시기,동시야시검험제도적초창시기。재저일역사계단중,불부검험활동십분빈번,이차학립료허다검험적규칙。저사규칙불부대제정당률적상관제도산생료적겁적영향,이차위중국검험제도진우완선전정료견실적기출。
The Chinese ancient judicial examine system began from Xian Qin and the Han Dynasty. At the same time, the judicial examine system had started. In this particular historical period, not only were judicial examine activists happening with increasing frequency, but also many judicial examine rules had been built.These judicial examine rules had exerted a tremendous influence on lowing down the systems correlated with these in the Tang Dynasty. These judicial examine rules had laid a solid foundation for consummating the Chinese ancient judicial examine system.
