中国经济发展进入了关键时期，经济发展中的结构关系亟需调整。其中，影响经济发展方式转变的最为重要的是三个方面关系，在路径依赖方面应从以资源和投资为导向的经济增长转向创新导向，在结构转变方面应从以制造业为主导的产业结构转向制造业和服务业共同主导，在福利改善方面应从以效率优先的收入分配的取向转向效率和公平相结合的收入分配取向。
中國經濟髮展進入瞭關鍵時期，經濟髮展中的結構關繫亟需調整。其中，影響經濟髮展方式轉變的最為重要的是三箇方麵關繫，在路徑依賴方麵應從以資源和投資為導嚮的經濟增長轉嚮創新導嚮，在結構轉變方麵應從以製造業為主導的產業結構轉嚮製造業和服務業共同主導，在福利改善方麵應從以效率優先的收入分配的取嚮轉嚮效率和公平相結閤的收入分配取嚮。
중국경제발전진입료관건시기，경제발전중적결구관계극수조정。기중，영향경제발전방식전변적최위중요적시삼개방면관계，재로경의뢰방면응종이자원화투자위도향적경제증장전향창신도향，재결구전변방면응종이제조업위주도적산업결구전향제조업화복무업공동주도，재복리개선방면응종이효솔우선적수입분배적취향전향효솔화공평상결합적수입분배취향。
China＇s economic development has entered a new cricial stage. The structural relation in economic development is in urgent need of adjustment, among which three relationships are the most important which have affected the change of economic development mode. Of the factor of dependence on approach, the resource oriented economic growth should be changed to innovation oriented economic growth, concerning the structural change, the mode in which manufacture industry is the leading force should be changed to one in which manufacture and service industry are combined to assume the leading force, and in the area of welfare improvement, the principle of efficiency as priority of income distribution should be changed to the principle that considers the combination of efficiency and fairness as the priority of income distribution.
