12只8周龄雌性SD大鼠随机分成对照组(6只)和运动组(6只),运动组负重游泳299±29min后立即处理,取心肌线粒体测定线粒体RCR,随后测定心肌总NOS、mtNOS活性,心肌三型NOSmRNA表达水平,心肌细胞和线粒体中NO的含量,线粒体抑制活性氧的能力以及[Ca^2+]i。结果发现,一次性长时间运动后,尽管大鼠心肌线粒体抗氧化能力下降,但线粒体呼吸功能完好,线粒体游离钙离子浓度没有发生变化,这可能和心肌及心肌线粒体NO含量、NOS活性水平下降有关。

12지8주령자성SD대서수궤분성대조조(6지)화운동조(6지),운동조부중유영299±29min후립즉처리,취심기선립체측정선립체RCR,수후측정심기총NOS、mtNOS활성,심기삼형NOSmRNA표체수평,심기세포화선립체중NO적함량,선립체억제활성양적능력이급[Ca^2+]i。결과발현,일차성장시간운동후,진관대서심기선립체항양화능력하강,단선립체호흡공능완호,선립체유리개리자농도몰유발생변화,저가능화심기급심기선립체NO함량、NOS활성수평하강유관。
Twelve 8-week-old female SD rats are randomly divided into control group (six) and exercise group (six) and let the rats of exercise group swim with heavy in 299±29 min averagely, then killed to get myocardium mitochondria to measure mitochondria RCR, total NOS, mtNOS activity of myocardium, the express level of myocardium Ⅲ NOSmRNA, NO amount in myocardium cells and mitochondria, the ability of mitochondria' s restrain to radical oxygen species and [Ca^2+ ]i. The result shows that, although the ability of rats' mitochondrial restrain to reactive oxygen species (O2^- ,·OH) decreases, rats ' myocardium mitochondrial respiration controlling rate is complete, the concentration of mitochondria free Ca^2+ is not changed. This is related to descend of contend of myocardium cells and rnitochondria NO, and related to descend of mtNOS activity.
