总结河南高校图书馆在“需求优先、试用平价、自愿参加、平等互利、共建共享、扶持高职高专”等6项基本原则指导下，开展电子资源集团采购的实践和取得的效益。针对集团采购可持续发展，提出“加强集团采购的领导、强化牵头馆的核心作用、强化自我法律保护措施、建立信守协议的保证机制、建立宣传培训的长效机制、建立售后服务监督评价机制”等具体措施与对策。
總結河南高校圖書館在“需求優先、試用平價、自願參加、平等互利、共建共享、扶持高職高專”等6項基本原則指導下，開展電子資源集糰採購的實踐和取得的效益。針對集糰採購可持續髮展，提齣“加彊集糰採購的領導、彊化牽頭館的覈心作用、彊化自我法律保護措施、建立信守協議的保證機製、建立宣傳培訓的長效機製、建立售後服務鑑督評價機製”等具體措施與對策。
총결하남고교도서관재“수구우선、시용평개、자원삼가、평등호리、공건공향、부지고직고전”등6항기본원칙지도하，개전전자자원집단채구적실천화취득적효익。침대집단채구가지속발전，제출“가강집단채구적령도、강화견두관적핵심작용、강화자아법률보호조시、건립신수협의적보증궤제、건립선전배훈적장효궤제、건립수후복무감독평개궤제”등구체조시여대책。
This article summarized the practice and efficiency of the consortium acquisition for electronic resources of Henan university libraries, which guided by 6 basic principles of demand priority, parity on trial, voluntary participation, equality and mutual benefits, co- construction and sharing, support for higher vocational schools. Aiming at the sustainable development of consortium acquisition, we should strengthen the leadership of the consortium acquisition, reinforce the core role of the leading library, promote measures of legal self- protection, set up assurance mechanism of credit agreement, construct long-term mechanism of propaganda and training, establish supervision and evaluation mechanism of after-sale service, such concrete measures and strategies were put forward in the paper.
