在分析了高等学校大学生体育课程建设和群体活动创新的需要、大学生实践体育人权和终身体育的新探索、瑜伽习练与传统的体育锻炼的差异、加速普及和推广瑜伽健身运动、瑜伽教材和参考书的系统化和培训课程的大众化基础上,提出了大学引进“健身瑜伽”体育新课程的设计;课程内容包括瑜伽基础知识讲授、瑜伽基本动作习练、注意事项三大部分,教学方法采用讲练结合,注重实践,调动学生的参与积极性。按照新课程设计,2005—2006年首次为中国农业大学的四个班共计100名大学生开设了“健身瑜伽”体育新课程,教学效果调查反馈表明,选课学生对本课程设计的合理性、教学互动和教学效果等方面表示满意。认为应该围绕大学生“健身瑜伽”新课程建设设立教学研究项目,提出了加强宣传、培训师资和改善条件三方面完善该课程建设的建议。

After analyzing the need for the construction of university student's course and group activities' creation, the new discovery of the students' practice for human rights and sport for one' s whole life, the difference between yoga training and sport exercise, to speed up the universalize and spread the education of healthy yoga, to systemize the related teaching books, and to popularize the Yoga training course, the author put forward the design of new course healthy yoga. This course contains three parts: the teaching of fundamental knowledge of yoga, the practice of fundamental movements of yoga and the instructions. To mobilize the anticipation of the students, it applied the method which combined interpret with exercise, paid more attention to practice. According to the design of this new course, there are 40 university students from 2 classes in China Agricultural University took the course in 2005 for the first time. The result showed that the students who had taken the course felt satisfied with the rationality of the design, the mutual practice of the course and the effect the course had brought. The author believed that there should be a project taken for the research on this new course of healthy yoga for college students. Also, three aspects of suggestions which might perfect the course had been raised. These are to enhance the propaganda, get more teaching personnel and make the teaching requirements better.
