在众多教师发展途径中。教师合作作为有效途径之一受到越来越多的关注。本研究主要通过问卷调查的方法,对我校大学英语教师间的合作文化进行了调查,结果反映,我校大学英语教师虽然对合作文化怀有积极态度。但仍然缺乏合作文化,本文进一步分析了我校大学英语教师合作文化尚未形成的原因。对如何促进大学英语教师合作有所启发。

As one of the most effective methods of teacher development, teacher collaboration receives more and more attention. This questionnaire- based research, is to show to what degree the collaborative culture is developed among the college English teachers in Kunming University of Science and Technology. The result shows that although with an active attitude towards collaborative culture, college English teachers in Kunming University of Science and technology are in lack of collaborative culture. The related reasons are further analyzed, with implications for improving collaborative culture among college English teachers.
