通过对广西高校少数民族女生生源的民族分布、城乡结构、专业结构等的实证研究，分析了高校少数民族女生生源的现状，并提出了建设性的意见，以期加强对民族女性人才培养的关注并使之趋于合理化。

This article makes an empirical study on ethnic distribution, urban and rural structure, and major structure of female college students of ethnic minorities. It analyzes the current situation of the female college students of ethnic minorities and gives constructive suggestions. It is hoped that this article could arouse more concern for the cultivation of female talents of ethnic minorities.
