竞技武术套路中腾空摆莲B和C级跳跃落地接马步是长拳、南拳武术项目的两个难度动作。通过对该组动作落地技术的动力学及相关稳定性因素的分析,提出合理的落地技术和训练中需解决的问题。采用录像观察与试验分析相结合的方法,针对男女运动员的腾空与落地的特点,提出相应的解决办法和训练理论。
競技武術套路中騰空襬蓮B和C級跳躍落地接馬步是長拳、南拳武術項目的兩箇難度動作。通過對該組動作落地技術的動力學及相關穩定性因素的分析,提齣閤理的落地技術和訓練中需解決的問題。採用錄像觀察與試驗分析相結閤的方法,針對男女運動員的騰空與落地的特點,提齣相應的解決辦法和訓練理論。

Outward Leg Swing in Flight B and Level C difficulty jump to horse step in Wushu are the two difficulty movements in Changquan and Nanquan. Though analyzing kinematical of the landing skill and related stability factors, the reasonable landing skill and training issues to be resolved were pointed out. Using the method of videotape and test analysis, and then according to the swing and landing characteristics of male and female athletes, we proposed appropriate solutions and training theories.
