体育课程改革实施以来,在体育新课程的内容、考核与评价、运动技术定位等方面对教师提出了诸多需要深入研究的问题。新课程标准下教师如何定位显得尤为重要。本文从领会新课程理念、组织学习活动及促进学生学习、开发课程资源、制定考评标准、参与新课程的改革与完善等方面进行了探讨。

체육과정개혁실시이래,재체육신과정적내용、고핵여평개、운동기술정위등방면대교사제출료제다수요심입연구적문제。신과정표준하교사여하정위현득우위중요。본문종령회신과정이념、조직학습활동급촉진학생학습、개발과정자원、제정고평표준、삼여신과정적개혁여완선등방면진행료탐토。
Since the implement of the reform in PE course, some issues have been put forword for PE teachers to think about in the location of the new course in its content ,check & assessment and sport technology. It is obviously more important for PE teachers to be located under the standard of the ncw course. Based on the understanding of the concept of the new course , different angles are inquired into in this paper such as reforming and perfecting the new course; orgonizing study activities; promoting students' learning programs; developing course resourse; setting the standards of exanfination and assesment etc.
