随着我国市场经济体制及现代企业制度的建立,按照市场经济的要求建立适合我国国有企业的绩效评价体系,是国有企业体制改革的必然选择,也是参与国际经济竞争的必然要求。要建立适合我国国有企业的绩效评价体系,一个可行的思路就是将发达国家相对成熟的绩效评价体系纳入我国体系框架之中,并结合我国国情,形成适用性、操作性、科学性兼容的国有企业绩效评价体系。
隨著我國市場經濟體製及現代企業製度的建立,按照市場經濟的要求建立適閤我國國有企業的績效評價體繫,是國有企業體製改革的必然選擇,也是參與國際經濟競爭的必然要求。要建立適閤我國國有企業的績效評價體繫,一箇可行的思路就是將髮達國傢相對成熟的績效評價體繫納入我國體繫框架之中,併結閤我國國情,形成適用性、操作性、科學性兼容的國有企業績效評價體繫。
수착아국시장경제체제급현대기업제도적건립,안조시장경제적요구건립괄합아국국유기업적적효평개체계,시국유기업체제개혁적필연선택,야시삼여국제경제경쟁적필연요구。요건립괄합아국국유기업적적효평개체계,일개가행적사로취시장발체국가상대성숙적적효평개체계납입아국체계광가지중,병결합아국국정,형성괄용성、조작성、과학성겸용적국유기업적효평개체계。
With the establishment of market economy and modern enterprise system in our country; to establish the performance evaluation system suitable for state -owned enterprises as the market economy requires, is the inevitable road of reforming state -owned enterprises system and participating in global economic competition. To do that, one feasible way is to absorb the relatively mature performance evaluation system from developed countries into our system and form the applicable, operatable and scientific performance evaluation system.
