无直接利益冲突是指参与者和冲突的对象没有直接利害关系，但却作为冲突的内在持续动力而主导了整个冲突过程的冲突。当前中国无直接利益冲突参与者一般为弱势群体，冲突对象简单化，是一种低度冲突，并呈现出泛化态势。从无直接利益冲突产生的社会环境看，其成因在于贫富差距、官民差距以及弱势群体利益表达机制的缺失；从引发无直接利益冲突的主体特征看，其成因在于弱势群体具有集中性和同质性特征，弱势群体维权意识、主体意识高涨，以及冲突参与者的集体无意识。
無直接利益遲突是指參與者和遲突的對象沒有直接利害關繫，但卻作為遲突的內在持續動力而主導瞭整箇遲突過程的遲突。噹前中國無直接利益遲突參與者一般為弱勢群體，遲突對象簡單化，是一種低度遲突，併呈現齣汎化態勢。從無直接利益遲突產生的社會環境看，其成因在于貧富差距、官民差距以及弱勢群體利益錶達機製的缺失；從引髮無直接利益遲突的主體特徵看，其成因在于弱勢群體具有集中性和同質性特徵，弱勢群體維權意識、主體意識高漲，以及遲突參與者的集體無意識。

The non-direct interest conflict means that the participants have nothing to do with the object of conflict in terms of interest, but as an inherent motivity,it dominates the entire course of conflict. At present, the participants of ＂non- direct-interest＂ conflict are generally disadvantaged groups; the simplified conflict objects keep the conflicts at a low-level, which shows a trend of unchecked spread. Observed from the social environment, the disparity between rich and poor, the gap between the government officers and common people, as well as the lack of an expressive mechanism for the interest of disadvantaged groups cause the conflict ;observed from the subjective character,its causes include a concentration and homogeneity of disadvantaged groups ,their awareness of rights, as well as collective unconsciousness of participants in the conflict.
