独立学院的学术管理存在着多元的权力关系。这种多元的权力关系是由独立学院多元的管理主体、二元的举办主体和办学主体之间的权力关系决定的。独立学院学术管理的权力关系包括四个层面：一是政府与独立学院之间的权力关系；二是大学与独立学院之间的权力关系；三是资本投资者与独立学院之间的权力关系；四是独立学院组群的内部权力关系。学术管理多元权力关系的改革有利于提高独立学院人才培养的质量。

There exists a plural power relationship in the academic management of an independent college, which is entailed by the power relationship among the multiple administrators, the dual organizers and school runners. This relationship includes the independent college＇ s power relationship with the government, the uni- versity and the investors, and among different departments in the college itself. The reform in this relationship will be of great help to the improvement of the talent production quality of the independent college.
