在党的十七大报告中,有关法治国家和法治政府建设的内容占有举足轻重的地位。站在新的历史起点上,进一步推进法治政府建设是加快建设社会主义法治国家一项十分重要和紧迫的任务。当前和今后一个时期,推进法治政府建设应着重抓好四项关键性工程,即加快行政管理体制改革,健全行政组织法和公务员法;坚持科学立法、民主立法的原则,完善行政法律体系;严格规范行政执法,推进依法行政;构建行之有效的行政监督机制,确保行政权正确行使。
在黨的十七大報告中,有關法治國傢和法治政府建設的內容佔有舉足輕重的地位。站在新的歷史起點上,進一步推進法治政府建設是加快建設社會主義法治國傢一項十分重要和緊迫的任務。噹前和今後一箇時期,推進法治政府建設應著重抓好四項關鍵性工程,即加快行政管理體製改革,健全行政組織法和公務員法;堅持科學立法、民主立法的原則,完善行政法律體繫;嚴格規範行政執法,推進依法行政;構建行之有效的行政鑑督機製,確保行政權正確行使。
재당적십칠대보고중,유관법치국가화법치정부건설적내용점유거족경중적지위。참재신적역사기점상,진일보추진법치정부건설시가쾌건설사회주의법치국가일항십분중요화긴박적임무。당전화금후일개시기,추진법치정부건설응착중조호사항관건성공정,즉가쾌행정관리체제개혁,건전행정조직법화공무원법;견지과학입법、민주입법적원칙,완선행정법률체계;엄격규범행정집법,추진의법행정;구건행지유효적행정감독궤제,학보행정권정학행사。
In the Report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the content regarding the construction of the country and the government under the rule by law has been well illustrated. At the new start of the history, to further propel the construction of the government under the rule of law is one of the vital and urgent missions in speeding up the socialist country under the rule of law. At present and in the future, we should focus on four key projects within the stage of enhancing the construction of government under the rule of law, which are： to speed up the system reform of administrative management, to perfect the Administrative Organization Law and Public Employees Act, to maintain the principle of scientific and democratic-based legislation, to standardize the administrative execution and propel administration under the rule of law, to construct effective administrative supervision system and to ensure the administration executed in a right way.
