体育院校隐性课程资源开发目前处于“粗放型”发展阶段,从新时期体育院校发展和学生培养角度出发,应当加大开发力度。笔者认为:开发体育院校特色隐性课程资源应从构建具有体育特色的校园环境;利用多种传媒引导正确的体育舆论导向;开发体育课堂教学过程中的隐性课程资源;提高教练员、学生思想政治辅导员职业道德素质;加强年级、班集体、专项队伍建设,培养学生群体意识和团队精神等几方面着手。

체육원교은성과정자원개발목전처우“조방형”발전계단,종신시기체육원교발전화학생배양각도출발,응당가대개발력도。필자인위:개발체육원교특색은성과정자원응종구건구유체육특색적교완배경;이용다충전매인도정학적체육여론도향;개발체육과당교학과정중적은성과정자원;제고교련원、학생사상정치보도원직업도덕소질;가강년급、반집체、전항대오건설,배양학생군체의식화단대정신등궤방면착수。
The exploration on recessive course resources in schools of physical education is still in its crude stage. For the sake of developing physical education schools and cultivating students of the new eras, it should be enforced. To explore the recessive course resources in physical education schools it should begin with the following aspects: constructing physical education- featured campus; setting the correct public opinion direction on physical education with multiple media; exploring the recessive course resources in physical education class teaching process; improving the career morality of coaches and students' ideological and political assistants; enhancing the construction of collectivities in the form of grades, classes and special teams; and cultivating the community sense and team work spirit.
