进入21世纪以后，体育学校昔日那种争相挤进校门的景象不复存在，学校缺乏活力，生源严重不足，生源质量低下，教学质量不高，经费严重祭张，封闭性非常强等问题非常突出，无论是办学理念、管理理念、教学训练理念，还是管理、教学训练方法、手段都比较落后和陈旧，现在连起码的生存已受到严重挑战。运用文献资料法和调查法，就体育学校的困境做一简要分析，并对新形势下体校的教学训练改革提出一点肤浅的建议。

There is no scene again of entering the sports school with rushing off to the front after the 21st century. The sports school lacks vigor, the source is low, the teaching is of low quality, the funds are tense seriously. Whether the ideas of school - running, management, teaching and training, or the methods of management, teaching and training are all relatively backward and outmoded, and have already been challenged seriously now. With the methods of documents and investigation, it made an analysis on the predicament of sports teaching and put forward some suggestions of teaching and training at sports schools under the new situation.
