考察了日本学校事故互助支付制度，介绍了日本学校事故互助支付制度的保险契约及金额、互助保险金、赔偿程序、事故范围、赔付金额及免责等。指出，面对学校伤害事故日益增多的情况，我国也应借鉴日本的做法，建立和健全具有中国特色的学校赔付制度，切实保护学生、教师和学校的合法权益，缓解事故纠纷，以保障学校体育教学活动的开展。

This essay adopts documentary method, reviewing method, individual case research method and comparison analysis method to analyze the mutual payment system for accidents happened in Japanese schools,including the insurance contract ＆ sum, mutual insurance fee, compensation procedure, accident scope,compensation sum,and the exclusion of responsibility. It gives us some inspiration as for the fact that the school hurt accidents are rising day by day in our country but the compensation responsibility is not quite clear, from which it is feasible and obligatory to establish and maintain the school compensation system with Chinese characteristic, to really protect the legal rights of students, schools and teachers, to alleviate the accident conflicts,and to reduce the pressure of education activities in schools. Meanwhile it is necessary to establish definite financial system, stick to the commonweal character and transparency and to build up favourable social vision of commonweal.
