采用改良酚红含量测定法，分别以正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠为实验研究模型．探索金顶侧耳对小鼠胃排空的影响．结果表明：金顸侧耳提取液1次性ig给药6．00g·kg^-1可非常显著促进正常小鼠的胃排空（P〈0．01）；对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的胃排空亢进有明显的拮抗作用（P〈0．05）；对肾上腺素负荷小鼠引起的胃排空抑制没有明显的拮抗作用（P〉0．05）．

Apply the reformatory content of mensuration of PSP in healthy mice, neostigmine-treated mice and mice with spleen deficiency to test the effect of Pleurotus citrinopileatus on the gastric emptying function of mice. As a result, an oral administration of Pleurotus citrinopileatus liquid at a single dose （6.00g·kg^-1） was found to significantly promote the gastric emptying function （P〈0.01）; obvious antagonistic effect against the increase of gastric emptying function induced by neostigmine was observed in mice （P〈0.05） ; no obvious antagonistic effect was found on the restraint function of GE induced by adrenaline（P〉0.05）.
