基础隔震技术是首次纳入《建筑抗震设计规范》的新技术,文章系统地介绍了将基础隔震结构设计作为本科毕业设计题目的实施过程。包括:设计步骤、指导方法、容易出现的问题及解决办法。最后还总结了学生在进行毕业设计过程中提出的新思想。目的是为拟开展此项工作的教师提供示范和参考。

Base-isolation technique is a new seismic technique, which was involved in Code for seismic design of buildings in 2001. In this paper, the teaching process of designing a base - isolated building as a graduating project for undergraduate students is introduced sysmatically, including design steps, instruction methods, and some ways to overcome the mistakes easily happened by students. Finally, some new ideas from students are also presented. This paper can provide some demonstrations and references for the teachers who intend to develop this kind of work.
