梳理西方法哲学流派中自然法学派、规范分析法学派、社会学法学派和后现代法学思潮有关“和谐”这一基础法观念的知识，可以提炼出理性和谐、规范和谐、利益和谐与二元和谐四大和谐法治的理论模式。中国法理学要回应当前建设“和谐社会”的时代课题就必须在总结、借鉴西方理论模式的基础上，提出自己有关和谐法治的理论模式。
梳理西方法哲學流派中自然法學派、規範分析法學派、社會學法學派和後現代法學思潮有關“和諧”這一基礎法觀唸的知識，可以提煉齣理性和諧、規範和諧、利益和諧與二元和諧四大和諧法治的理論模式。中國法理學要迴應噹前建設“和諧社會”的時代課題就必鬚在總結、藉鑒西方理論模式的基礎上，提齣自己有關和諧法治的理論模式。
소리서방법철학류파중자연법학파、규범분석법학파、사회학법학파화후현대법학사조유관“화해”저일기출법관념적지식，가이제련출이성화해、규범화해、이익화해여이원화해사대화해법치적이론모식。중국법이학요회응당전건설“화해사회”적시대과제취필수재총결、차감서방이론모식적기출상，제출자기유관화해법치적이론모식。
This article traced the school of western jurisprudence such as Natural Jurisprudence, Analytical Jurispru-dence,Sociological Jurisprudence and Post-modem Legal Trend to discuss a fundamental legal conception about “harmony”, and then the author refined four theoretical paradigm for harmonious rule of law as harmony in reason, harmony in norm, harmony in interest, harmony in duality. This dissertation contends, if Chinese jurisprudence wants to face the challenge about constructing harmonious society, that we should summarize and introduce the western theoretical paradigm, then on this ground, to propose an indigenous theoretical paradigm about harmonious rule of law.
