研究型大学创建与其内设学术组织建设是一个高度协同的过程。我国大学内设学术组织按其发展轨迹可分为基本构架期、起步发展期和高速发展与高度分化期，各发展期的内设学术组织具有共性特点。通过对清华大学、北京大学、南京大学、中国政法大学和华中农业大学内设学术组织的典型案例分析，进一步印证了研究型大学内设学术组织的共性特点，并对这5所大学内设学术组织的个性特点进行了比较研究。在此基础上，提出了我国研究型大学内设学术组织创新的基本思路。

The establishment of researching university and construction of its internal academic constitution is a coooperative process. The development of internal academic structure in university is studied in detail, and it is considered in several periods, basis framework period,initial development period, rapid development ＆ highly differentiation period. The common features of each periods of development of internal academic constitution in university are concluded. Through analysis on cases of development of internal academic constitution in university in Tsinghua University, Beijing University, Nanjing University, China University of Political Science and Law and Huazhong Agricultural University, such common features are confirmed and compared with each other. The fundamental proposals of innovation of internal academic constitution in researching universities are given based on such analyses and studies.
