As a corporate social responsibility management system of labor rights protection, SA8000 represents the social responsibility that the capital should be held to the workers, which demonstrates the interests of the workers, and also reflects the humanis- tic care to workers. Since China becomes more open to the world, the corporate social responsibility will have great influence on the protection of labor rights. This paper compares SA8000 with China's relevant laws and regulations of labor rights protection, and puts forward some advices to perfecting China's protection of the legal rights and interests of laborers.
