清末地方官员在近代陕北石油开发中发挥了重要的作用，主要表现在：主张广积资本，培养本土人才，畅通运输，尽管最终成效不大，但是一些有益的、积极的经验措施，先进的经营理念，对今天仍具有借鉴和启迪。深入研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。
清末地方官員在近代陝北石油開髮中髮揮瞭重要的作用，主要錶現在：主張廣積資本，培養本土人纔，暢通運輸，儘管最終成效不大，但是一些有益的、積極的經驗措施，先進的經營理唸，對今天仍具有藉鑒和啟迪。深入研究具有重要的理論和現實意義。
청말지방관원재근대협북석유개발중발휘료중요적작용，주요표현재：주장엄적자본，배양본토인재，창통운수，진관최종성효불대，단시일사유익적、적겁적경험조시，선진적경영이념，대금천잉구유차감화계적。심입연구구유중요적이론화현실의의。
The local officials＇ played an important role in the oil development in late Qing dynasty in modern northern Shaanxi , which main demonstrated by：stand -plot capital, training local personnel, smooth transportation, although the final results was not achieved the target, some useful and positive experience and ad- vanced business philosophy still has a draw and enlightenment to nowdays. Thus have a thorough and deep research in this theory which is very important for our reality.
