失地农民的社会保障问题，已经成为我国城市化过程中的焦点问题之一。目前，我国失地农民社会保障的路径模式主要有三种：全封闭模式、半封闭模式和城乡对接模式。它们产生于各种不同的具体条件，各有其特点。在城乡统筹背景下，将失地农民纳入城镇社会保障体系，既有利于社会保障政策的可持续发展，又有利于保障失地农民的公民权利，更好地体现社会公正。

Social security for land-lost peasants has already become one of the highlighted problems of urbanization. At present, there are three kinds of patterns on social security for land-lost peasants, including fully-closed, semi-closed and urban and rural docking pattern. They generated with specific conditions and their unique characteristics. In harmonizing Urban and Rural areas, land-lost peasants should be brought into urban social security system. This pattern is beneficial to the sustainable development of social security policy, and it guarantees the civil rights of the land-lost peasants and embodies social justice better.
